What type of accessories do you make?

Earrings, hair clips and phone charms! We are looking to expand our collection in the near future by adding keychains, magnets, bookmarks, hair sticks and more.
What are your accessories made of?

Our accessories are made with polymer clay. For some products, additional materials may be used including pastels, mica powder, gold leaf, resin and gloss varnish.
How do I care for my accessories?

To keep your pieces looking their best: - Avoid exposing your accessories to excessive heat or moisture. - Avoid exerting force on your pieces (e.g., tugging on earrings). - Refrain from sleeping with earrings and hair clips. - Store your items away from sharp objects. - Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth–avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
Do you accept custom orders?

We are happy to accept custom orders, though please keep in mind that they are dependent on our availability and the complexity of the request! If a request is beyond our capabilities, we may need to decline it. If you have a custom order request, simply fill in our Custom Order Request form and we will get back to you soon. We will do our best to bring your idea to life!
Can I customise an existing design?

Yes! Many of our earrings and hair clips allow for customisation, such as choosing different colours or adding additional details. For items you would like to customise, simply visit the product page and select the customisation options you'd like. If you're interested in customising an item that doesn't have available options, please fill out our custom order request form and we'll get back to you to let you know if the product can be customised.
How long will it take to receive my order?

As most of our items are made to order, it may take around 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive. During busy periods and holiday seasons, delivery times may be longer than usual.
Do you ship internationally?

We are based in New Zealand and currently offer shipping to both New Zealand and Australia. If you're located outside of these countries, please contact us and we can explore shipping options for you!
